Bachelor of Building – Construction Management (University of Technology)

Paul graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor of Building and has since gained valuable property experience through his involvement in a range of property related disciplines, including; project and development management, property investment, facility and asset management. This experience was gained whilst working with a listed property company, and more recently as a Director of Cerno Management Pty Ltd.

Since establishing Cerno Management with Co-director Michael Figg, Paul has been instrumental in building a team of skilled managers to assist him in delivering successful projects.

Paul has been involved in projects along the eastern seaboard of Australia, covering the major property sectors including; commercial, industrial, retail and residential.

Paul’s hands-on approach ensures the clients objectives are realised through the successful delivery of each project.
