Project MANAGEMENT
Cerno’s Project Management services involve the allocation of a dedicated team leader responsible for the design, construction, commissioning and handover of each project.
Working closely with clients, Cerno gains a comprehensive understanding of the clients’ goals and objectives. In conjunction with clients, Cerno develops procurement strategies, preparation of project design briefs, coordinates project design teams and manages the completion of the works including:
